Our Parish Nurse Program for Seniors offers health, social, and spiritual support for the seniors of St. Norbert Church.

 Home visits by a registered nurse may include health assessments, blood pressure screening, diet counseling, medication review, and home safety checks as needed. Since the parish nurse is also an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, the Eucharist can be offered during the home visit to those seniors requesting to receive this sacrament.
