St. Norbert Parish School opened in September 1965, staffed by Sisters of the Presentation Congregation, with an enrollment of 232 students in grades one through four. An additional class was added each ensuing year until it became an eight-grade school with one class of each grade.

The school facilities were expanded in 1984 with the addition of a wing comprised of the computer lab, library, learning center, utility room and meeting room. In 1991, the Monsignor Falvey Building was completed which housed the kindergarten, extended day care, faculty room, restrooms, faculty library and storage. The first kindergarten class started in the fall of 1991. Capital improvements have been consistent and ongoing.

Today St. Norbert Parish School, which is staffed by lay teachers, serves children primarily from St. Norbert Parish, as well as those from other parishes in the Orange area. Emphasizing strong Catholic values and striving for academic excellence are hallmarks of the school's successful history.
