Annual Auction Dinner

St. Norbert Catholic School's Annual Auction is the largert fundraiser of the year. Our auction committee (volunteers needed and welcome!) plans a lovely evening including an extensive silent and live auction. We gather items to be auctioned off and depend heavily on school families--soliciting donations from local busineses, friends and family; buying an item or creating a basket to donate to the auction, donating cash so the auction committee can purchase items to be auctioned off.

Each year the auction committee sponsors a raffle and underwrting events. The underwriting events provide much of our seed money. An event such as ours comes with a price, of course, and the proceeds from underwriting give the committee the cash flow it needs to organize the event. Ultimately, all this planning and preparation culminates in a wonderful celebration that benefits every student in our school.

SCRIP / eSCRIP Program

SCRIP is a fundraiser by which St. Norbert Catholic School purchases gift certificates for grocery and retail stores, restaurants, etc. at a discount and sells them at face value. The income generated from this program is used to defray operating costs of the school.

Participation in the SCRIP program is required for all families. A $300.00 annual profit to the school per family must be met. There are three (3) options available to meet this obligation:

1. Pay the one-time buy-out of $300 by December 31st

2. Purchase SCRIP throughout the year, but agree that if you have not met your
obligation by April 25th, the balance will be paid with the May monthly tuition.

3. Pay the one-time buy-out and would like to have it billed with your monthly tuition.

The Mandatory SCRIP Option Form is available in the School and Ministry Center offices. This form must be filled out, signed and returned to the school office to indicate which option you choose.

Capri Sun Drink Pouch Brigade

SNCS has joined the Capri Sun Drink Pouch Brigade to help our environment and make some extra money! For every Capri Sun pouch we send in, SNPS will receive 2 cents (much like the Box Tops program). The drink pouches will go to TerraCycle to be recycled into tote bags, lunch boxes and homework folders! Check it out at www. brands.kraftfoods.com/caprisun/be-green-earn-green.aspx. Please save your pouches and send them in to the school office. And remind your little ones who bring Capri Sun to school, to drop them off in our collection boxes.

Soup Labels and Box Tops

Throughout the year, parents are encouraged to clip out and send in qualifying Campbell's Soup labels and General Mills box tops so our school can earn money and points to purchase educational materials. Fall Fundraiser

St. Norbert Catholic School holds a Fall Fundraiser each September.. Proceeds from this fundraiser are used to help offset operating expenses for the school.
